Coffee can be classified on the basis of the beans, the different methods of roasting them, and also on the basis of the different drinks that are prepared using different methods. Given below are the three most widely grown types of beans all around the world.
A general estimate of caffeine in a cup of coffee is about 100 mg. However, in reality, there can be no universal absolute number as such. Simply because, the caffeine content in a cup of coffee depends on a variety of factors, such as the type or the variety of coffee, the method of preparation, the serving size, brewing time, etc. However, for your benefit, here is a sample chart to provide you with some useful numerical values pertaining to a few types of coffee.
Traditionally, Turkish coffee was prepared without adding milk or any other additives. You can concoct your very own personalized brew by adding vanilla extract, cinnamon, or any liquor of your choice.
Take a medium-sized freezer proof bowl and combine brewed coffee and sugar to it. Stir the mixture to dissolve the sugar granules completely. Then place the bowl in the refrigerator and leave it to chill. Once the mixture gets chilled, add milk, vanilla extract, and cream to it. Stir the ingredients gently and place the bowl in the freezer. Let the mixture set, while serving remove the bowl from freezer, chop it to attain a slushy mixture and then serve immediately.
